You only have a barter confirmation once, the department organizer has given you confirmation. Simply filling out the form is not confirmation.

By filling out this form, you agree to complete shifts in exchange for discounted admission to this festival.

By not fulfilling your agreement, you may be banned from future barter availability to Skapandi Events. If you remain at the festival, you will have two options: Pay the remainder of what you owe (Admission costs are calculated to the at gate cost) for the festival or be escorted off the land.

You will be in communication with your department organizer before the event to confirm your barter, schedule and need to know information. Each department organizer will work with you and the schedule to the best of the events ability. Communication is key.

(There is a case-by-case basis that there is an option to transfer to a different barter or make up a shift, under approval from the festival owner/organizer.)

Not Filling your barter agreement means one of the following occurred:

  • You did not show up for your agreed upon shift or were extremely tardy for your shift.
  • You violated festival and land rules
  • You were not wearing the required protective clothing for shift (specific barters).
  • Failure to comply with barter agreement
  • You were fired from your barter.
Your chain of command for your barter:
  1. Your on-shift supervisor
  2. Your Barter Organizer
  3. Festival Organizer
  4. Event Owner
