For groups of over 10 people, booking our Cafe services in advance is required.

They are able to cater for all dietary requirements and work to a set budget.

The booking terms is as follows:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings.

If the group size is reduced more than three weeks prior to the scheduled activity, the outstanding 50% can be reduced accordingly.

If a booking is cancelled or reduced within three weeks of the activity date, the client will be liable for 100% of the original booking cost.

We understand and appreciate that final participant numbers are sometimes uncertain until closer to the event. However, to ensure effective planning, we kindly request accurate estimates in advance. Subject to availability, we are happy to accommodate up to 10 additional volunteers beyond the original booking, provided we receive at least two weeks' notice. In such cases, the full charge will apply regardless of actual attendance on the day.
