** If you are in Israel and not able to come to Focal Point due to a canceled flight, please check with your airline if you are able to receive a full refund before filling out this form. If you receive a refund, OLAM will not provide a travel reimbursement.
If you're only able to get a partial refund, please provide details in the comments section below. **
Please note that OLAM will reimburse you up to the amount you were quoted in the travel subsidy approval email. Reimbursement is only for a flight/train to and from NYC and we will not cover taxis or gas costs.
All reimbursements will be processed after Focal Point.
The deadline to submit this reimbursement form is July 18.
