Payment
Upon submission of this form and during business hours, exhibitors will receive an invoice via email from Melio within two business days. We accept ACH payments and wire transfers (exhibitor must pay all wire fees) in US Dollars made payable to ABAA. Credit card payments will be charged a service fee. All check payments should be mailed and made payable to ABAA.
All applications are date-stamped when received. The booth lottery will be held in November 2025. Only exhibitors who submit their completed applications with deposit by October 15, 2025 will be included in the lottery. All booth assignments will be available at abaa.org/cabookfair by the end of November. At that time, further information (shipping, booth diagram, etc.) and booth equipment rental items will be available online.
EXHIBITOR CANCELLATIONS: Prior to October 15, 2025 deposit is fully refundable. After
October 15, 2025 deposit is non-refundable. On or after January 23, 2026 no refunds of deposit, fees, equipment, etc.; all invoices must be paid in full.
Exhibitors must insure their own property against the risk of theft, fire, burglary, breakage, leakage and water damage, and the risks of transport to and from Pier 27. The ABAA and/or Pier 27 shall not be liable to the exhibitor, its employees, agents or representatives, or any other person for injury, damage or loss whatsoever, arising from any cause whatsoever. The exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold the ABAA and Pier 27 harmless from and against any claims whatsoever for injury, loss or damage resulting from any action or omission of the exhibitor or its employees, agents or representatives.
