This Liability Waiver (the "Agreement") is made between Mikell Camp and Conference Center (the "Facility") and the undersigned individual or group (the "Guest(s)"), collectively referred to as the "Parties." By signing this waiver, the Guest(s) acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined below.

Assumption of Risk: The Guest(s) acknowledge and understand that their participation in activities, events, and use of facilities at Mikell Camp and Conference Center involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or property damage, whether occurring through natural causes, accidents, or negligence. By entering the Facility and engaging in such activities, the Guest(s) assume all risks associated with their presence and participation.

Release of Liability: In consideration of being permitted to use the facilities, grounds, and equipment at Mikell Camp and Conference Center, the Guest(s) agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Facility, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and any other associated entities or individuals from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, and costs, including legal fees, arising from any injury, accident, illness, or property damage occurring during the Guest(s)' participation in activities at the Facility. The Guest(s) agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Facility, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and any other associated entities or individuals from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, or costs, including legal fees, arising from or in connection with any breach of this Agreement, negligence, or misconduct by the Guest(s) or members of their group.

Medical Treatment: In the event of an emergency, the Guest(s) authorize the Facility to seek medical treatment for any injuries sustained while at the Facility. The Guest(s) agree to assume all responsibility for any medical costs incurred.

Damages to Property: The Guest(s) agree to take reasonable care of the Facility’s property and equipment. The Guest(s) or rental group will be held financially responsible for any damage or loss caused to the Facility’s property or equipment during their stay.

Parental/Guardian Consent (if applicable): If the Guest(s) include minors, the undersigned (parent or legal guardian) agrees to assume full responsibility for the safety, well-being, and actions of their minor children while on the Facility's premises. The undersigned parent/guardian also agrees to the terms of this waiver on behalf of the minors under their care.

Acknowledgement: By signing this Liability Waiver, the undersigned acknowledge that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein. They acknowledge that they are signing this Agreement freely and without coercion, and that they have had the opportunity to ask questions regarding the waiver.
