Scale Explanation
A description of what SEI is looking for in each area will be provided to evaluate the answer for each question. In order to score each answer accordingly, use the following scale:
  • 10 – not at all: either the person or the organisation does not demonstrate what is being addressed in the question, or the applicant did not respond to the questions related to this area.
  • 20 – somewhat: the person or the organisation demonstrates minimal levels of what is being addressed in the question.
  • 30 – moderately: the person or the organisation demonstrates moderate levels of what is being addressed in the question.
  • 40 – very much: the person or the organisation demonstrates a good level of what is being addressed in the question. The information received during the interview and presentation makes you think that the person and the solution seem a good fit for what SEI is looking for. However, there could remain small doubts about being the ideal candidate.
  • 50 – completely: the person or the organisation demonstrates high levels of what is being addressed in the question. The information received during the interview and presentation makes you think that the person and the solution seem a good fit for what SEI is looking for. The information and answers provided were clear and complete, and the candidate is ideal for the programme.
