CBAA Member Mediation Service

CBAA is proud to partner with the Resolution Institute to offer pro bono mediation services to community radio stations around Australia. This mediation service is available for internal disputes between volunteers, staff, or board members at community radio stations that are members of CBAA.

Please complete this form to make a formal request to access the CBAA Member Mediation service.

The program provides each member with up to four (4) hours of mediation at no cost to the station.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please note the following before proceeding.

The Mediation program is for Permanent or Temporary members of the Community Broadcasting Association of Australia.
The request must be submitted by an authorised representative of the station (e.g., President, Station Manager).
This service provides up to four (4) hours of mediation at no cost to the station.
All parties must agree to participate in mediation voluntarily.
Additional hours may be offered at $330 (excl. GST) per hour by agreement with the mediator.
Please ensure your internal grievance procedures have been followed prior to submitting this request.
