Call for Graduate Student Roundtable Presentations

STEP 1: PRESENTER AGREEMENT

The deadline to submit a graduate student roundtable presentation is September 30, 2025. The Conference Planning Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal for presentation.

TERMS (please read carefully and check the box below to proceed)

I agree to:

Complete the <a target="_blank" href="https://coabe.org/coabe-ibm-skillsbuild/">Present with Excellence</a> credential by 12/31/25 if this is my first presentation for COABE. [Highly recommended for all presenters.]
Register for the conference by 1/31/26, as failure to do so may result in cancellation of my workshop.
Strongly consider booking my hotel room in the COABE conference block.
Adhere to all copyright laws.

I am aware:

I am responsible for all costs related to registration, transportation, room, and board.
All changes to presentation and presenter(s) become final on 1/31/26.
I will not be paid an honorarium.
In accepting these terms, I grant permission to COABE for use of photos/video taken by the conference planners for future promotional purposes.

STEP 3: PRESENTATION INFORMATION

The roundtable session will be a total of 70 minutes in length.

Presentation Title (15 word maximum) Please use appropriate title capitalization (i.e., initial capitals for all words except articles, prepositions, or coordinating conjunctions).

Presentation Abstract (75 word maximum) An abstract appears in the program book and on the conference app to summarize and advertise your session. Please be clear and concise. Write in paragraph form (no bulleted lists). Abstracts are subject to editing for length, style, and clarity.

Description of Study (200 word maximum): Please share a description of the study: it could be a literature review, a proposed study, an actual study, or something that has already been published, among other possibilities.

Implications of Study (200 word maximum): Please explain the study's implications, particularly in terms of practical applications, while also considering its relevance for future research.
