STEP 1: PRESENTER AGREEMENT
The deadline to submit a graduate student roundtable presentation
is September 30, 2025
. The Conference Planning Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal for presentation.

The roundtable session will be a total of
70 minutes
in length.
Presentation Title
(15 word maximum) Please use appropriate title capitalization (i.e., initial capitals for all words except articles, prepositions, or coordinating conjunctions).
Presentation Abstract
(75 word maximum) An abstract appears in the program book and on the conference app to summarize and advertise your session. Please be clear and concise. Write in paragraph form (no bulleted lists). Abstracts are subject to editing for length, style, and clarity.
Description of Study
(200 word maximum): Please
share a description of the study: it could be a literature review, a proposed study, an actual study, or something that has already been published, among other possibilities.
Implications of Study
