JustLeadershipUSA™ (JLUSA™) Leading with Conviction+™ (LwC+™) Program Application (2025/26)
Over the course of 5-6 months, participants will convene for a virtual orientation session, a series of topical webinars, and 2 in-person weekend forums held in various locations across the United States. The exact dates and locations will be confirmed and shared with participants who are admitted to the program.

Curriculum Overview
The LwC+™ curriculum focuses on strengthening foundational governance and operational organizational skills while maintaining our signature comprehensive leadership training. Topics include:
- Board Governance & Stakeholder Engagement
- Financial Stewardship & Sustainability
- Leading & Inspiring Teams
- Strategic Planning
Each session is delivered by experts in the field through a hybrid of virtual and in-person based instruction. Additionally, participants will build a supportive peer network of other directly impacted leaders that supports their career development goals and opportunities for collaboration in their day-to-day work.
This and all JLUSA trainings are eligible for Continuing Education Units (CEUs), in compliance with the International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET).
Ideal Candidate
- Those who are aspiring to or are currently serving in a senior level leadership position;
- Leaders who are impacted by the criminal legal system;
- Focused on impacting the harms experienced in marginalized communities.
Application Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 5 years work experience
- Must commit to uninterrupted participation and attending all in-person and virtual sessions.
- Must be free of all and any distractions while the program is in session in order to completely immerse in the experience. Full participation is a requirement.
- Must have access to a laptop and reliable Internet. Equipment is not provided.
