Registration fees are necessary to cover the direct costs of running a multi-day program involving travel, venues, hospitality, and other logistics that require extensive planning well in advance of the start of the Adventure. Therefore, we appreciate as early notice as possible for any cancellations. Registration can be cancelled with a full refund up to 180 days in advance of the program start date. For cancellations up to 120 days in advance, we can provide a 50% refund. We unfortunately cannot offer refunds after 120 days before the Adventure.
