Duke of Ed Digital Credentials - Order Form

To order digital credentials for Duke of Ed Levels completed prior to 1 Jan 2024, please submit this form with your contact information, Duke of Ed details for each Level completion and payment details.

Once your completion information and payment have been verified - usually 3-4 business days - we will issue the prescribed credentials to the email address nominated.

If you completed after 1 Jan 2024 and have not received your credentials, please contact Duke of Ed Helpdesk on helpdesk@dukeofed.com.au.

Please note: We are only able to issue digital badges for Duke of Ed Levels completed in Australia.
