Member Profile Submission Form

This opportunity is for Flying Arts Members. Selected members will be promoted via the Flying Arts newsletter and social media. Content you provide will be used for this promotion.

If you are not already a Flying Arts member sign up here. Membership is as little as $40 for Standard membership. Or you can sign up as an Accredited Member which also includes public liability insurance (pricing on the website).

Instructions:
  • Fill out your details below
  • Upload Artist CV and Artist Bio (as one document)
  • Upload Artist headshot and Artwork Photo (can be the same photo for the window submission)
  • Download the submission template and fill it out with your artwork details
  • Upload completed submission template and confirm submission

  • Artworks will be displayed in the Ivory St window for a period of 1 month. 
  • The window has an access gap of 82 cm which is 85cm off the ground. It can fit single works up to 170cm, multiple smaller 2D works, installations or free-standing sculpture (provided they are not too heavy). 
  • Media or electronic works may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Works that use your own media player and screen with all items are tested and tagged will be looked upon favourably. Power access is the red dot in the diagram below.
  • Artists are welcome to help install but are not required.
  • All transport, appropriate packing and organization of couriers is responsibility of the artist.
  • Artists previously displayed in the windows in 2025 will not be considered this year.

Artwork Submission
Please submit a PDF including the following information for the artwork(s) in your application:
  • title
  • date
  • dimensions 
  • materials 
  • images of the work (1 per), if video please provide accessible link
  • artwork statement
  • month preference (works will be displayed April through December)

NOTE
: The file must be named using your name as follows eg: ArtistName_Member EOI.pdf
