This opportunity is for Flying Arts Members. Selected members will also be promoted via the Flying Arts newsletter and social media. 

If you are not already a Flying Arts member sign up here. Membership is as little as $40 for Standard membership. Or you can sign up as an Accredited member which also includes public liability insurance.

Instructions:
  • fill out your details below
  • download the submission template and fill it out with your artwork details
  • upload Artist CV and Artist Bio (as one document)
  • upload completed submission template as a separate file
  • confirm agreement with terms and conditions and upload!

1. Please submit a pdf including the following:
  • Artist's CV
  • Artist Bio
NOTE: The file must be named using your name as follows eg: ArtistName_CV.pdf

2. Please submit a pdf including the following information for the artwork(s) in your application:
  • title
  • date
  • dimensions 
  • materials 
  • images of the work (1 per), if video please provide accessible link
  • month preference - works will be displayed March through December

NOTE: The file must be named using your name as follows eg: ArtistName_WindowEOI.pdf

Terms and Conditions
  • This opportunity is open exclusively to Flying Arts Members - sign up here
  • Artworks will be displayed in window 4 for a period of 1 month. 
  • Window 4 has an access gap of 82 cm which is 85cm off the ground. It can fit single works up to 170cm, multiple smaller 2D works, installations or free-standing sculpture. 
  • Media or electronic works may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Works that use your own media player and screen with all items are tested and tagged will be looked on favourably. Power access is the red dot in the diagram above.
  • Artists are welcome to help install but not required.
  • All transport, appropriate packing and organization of couriers is responsibility of the artist.
  • Artists previously displayed in the windows will not be considered.
