Please complete the form below to be considered for our BAYCAT Workshop on Wheels program.
BAYCAT’s Youth Voice and Digital Media program brings the joy and creativity of media arts and film production to the classroom! Work with our skilled team of educator-filmmakers to integrate media arts and film production into your existing curriculum or to supplement your media arts curriculum. Students will build media literacy and production skills through “on-set” classroom productions and produce a final project to be shared with their school and online communities. Past partnerships have used video production to animate student poetry and explore relevant social issues, like the debate over San Francisco’s monuments.
Important information: Workshop on Wheels takes place on-site, at a San Francisco based Middle or High School during the Academic Day.
Program Offerings: Video Production: PSA, Graphic Design: Canva, Audio: Music Production or Podcast, Photography: Photo Essay, or Media Literacy and Analysis: Social Movements
