We have now reached the maximum number of primary school applications we are able to fund and are no longer accepting submissions from primary schools.

Please be aware that any application submitted by a primary school via the secondary school grant form will be automatically withdrawn.
Before You Begin...
Kellogg's has teamed up with Forever Manchester to award grants of up to £1,000 to school breakfast provisions and clubs, to help them provide support to those children who need it most.

We kindly ask that you read the following information in full before proceeding with your application.
Is My School Eligible to Apply?
To apply for funding, your breakfast club or provision must be ran by a state school based in England, Northern Ireland, Scotland or Wales and be aimed at pupils aged 11 to 16.  This particular form is only for Secondary Schools, or schools where the majority of pupils are aged 11 to 16. If your school is an all-through or SEND school, please complete the form that best reflects the predominant age group of your pupils. If your breakfast club or provision is based in a Primary School, please apply here.

There are a limited number of grants available, so priority will be given to schools that have either 35% and above of students eligible for pupil premium or free school meals, or schools based in an area classified as falling in the 20% of most deprived areas, according to the Index of Multiple Deprivation. To find out if this applies to your school, please follow the instructions outlined here.

To avoid any confusion and make sure the needs of each individual school are clearly understood, we can only accept one application per school from one contact. If you work across multiple schools, please arrange for someone else at each to apply. Please note that if we receive multiple applications from the same contact or with identical responses, we’ll need to withdraw them. 
What Can The Funding Be Used For?
You're welcome to use the funding in whatever way best supports your breakfast club. For example, this could include, food, staffing costs, or items like play or kitchen equipment.
Is There A Deadline For Applications?
Because the fund runs on a rolling basis and closes once we reach capacity, it can fill up quickly. We try to give notice on our website when numbers are nearing the limit, but this isn't always possible due to high demand.
When Will We Hear Back?
We will aim to let you know if you have been successful within six weeks of receiving your application. Once you have submitted your form, you should receive a confirmation email containing a text copy of your application. If you haven't received this within 24 hours, please make sure to email our Awards Team at kelloggs@forevermanchester.com so we can make sure your application was submitted successfully.
And Finally...
We would recommend saving your application form by clicking the "Save my progress and resume later" box above. You will then be prompted to enter an email address and choose a password. This will prevent you from losing any of your work, and will allow you to pick the form up again at a later date. Just make sure to note the email address and password you used!

To navigate to different pages on the form, you can click on the page numbers in the top right hand corner, or use the "Next" or "Previous" buttons at the bottom of each page.

At the end of the form, you will be given an opportunity to review your answers before submitting the application. At this stage, you can also print off a copy to retain for your records.
