Berkeley Law Program Decision 2025-26
We want to support you in this challenging time and offer educational options that are as flexible and responsive as possible. To that end, we are pleased to announce that we are offering four options for students who are unable to secure a visa in time to arrive by Orientation on August 11th. Please select your choice below
as soon as you have a firm decision, but no later than August 27th.
Please note the following important dates:
August 11
. LL.M. orientation begins.
August 15
. After this date, you are responsible for 10 percent of the tuition and fees for the semester. If we have not heard from you by this date, to protect you from being charged tuition and fees, we will cancel your enrollment. If you have not arrived by then but still plan to join us by August 27, just be sure and let us know by requesting a late arrival, below.
August 27, 4:00 p.m.
This is the last day you can arrive for Fall 2025 classes. It is also the last day to enroll in the Fall-start LL.M. executive track program or request a deferral to Fall 2026.
