Foodbank Victoria delivers the School Breakfast Clubs Program (SBCP) on behalf of the Victorian Government Department of Education. In this survey, we'd like to learn more about your Breakfast Club Program and how you use the products available. We would also like to understand more about your school community, as well as any changes in program demand.

Your survey responses will help us to better understand and support your Program and aid us in improving our communications with you.

Any information shared with us is solely for the purpose of program improvement and supporting you. We might contact you your school with follow up questions, or share key insights with the Department of Education as part of our funding agreement.
