About the JA Company Program

The JA Company Program is a hands-on, real-world entrepreneurship experience where you’ll team up with other students and mentors to build and run your own business from the ground up.

Over 16 weeks, you’ll work with your team to create, launch, and manage a real company — building skills in leadership, teamwork, marketing, finance, and problem-solving along the way. You can also step into a leadership role that matches your interests.

The program is free and designed to help you grow, explore your interests, and have fun while doing it.
