How to obtain proof of justice involvement:

Rap sheet: *A fee is associated with obtaining a rap sheet. Click here to learn more.

Certificate of disposition: *A fee is usually required to obtain the copy. Click here to learn more.
- This is usually retrievable from the court where you were sentenced. Search for the sentencing court and see if you can request it by mail or online. You may also be able to go directly to the court.

Certificate of Relief from Disabilities or Certificate of Good Conduct: You may receive this if you have been released and are working. Click here to learn more.

Sentencing papers or pre-sentence report: Obtained at sentencing

Parole/probation stipulations: Provided when released from prison
