2025 Next Generation Biosecurity Delegation Application

Thank you for your interest in applying to NTI | bio’s 2025 Next Generation Biosecurity Delegation! This application is open to early career professionals between the ages of 18 – 35 (at time of submission) interested in the biosecurity field. If selected, you will receive a travel support to attend the December 2025 Biological Weapons Convention Working Group Meetings from December 8 – 12 in Geneva, Switzerland. You will also be required to participate in preparatory sessions prior to the event (~ 5 – 10 hours).

Section 3: Abstract Submission for Poster Session

NTI is pursuing a side event that will highlight rising biosecurity leaders as they present policy and technical recommendations for building a safer future by strengthening biosecurity. If selected, you will be expected to create a poster for a side event at the BWC meeting in December.

The review committee will allow the use of artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance clarity and strengthen writing, but the use of AI tools to generate substantive content in response to the application prompts will result in the applicant’s disqualification.

Write an abstract for a poster presentation that follows the criteria outlined in the announcement and guidelines.
