THIS IS A ZOOM TRAINING*

Are you considering Conservatorship or its alternative,
Supported Decision Making, for your child?

Join us as we welcome attorney Alexis Lynch.

Conservatorship may be an important step for families of a child
with a disability transitioning into adulthood. In order to maintain
the legal rights to make important decisions concerning your
child’s care after age 18, you need to be appointed conservator
by a judge.

But it is not always the right path. Supported Decision Making
might be a viable option for your family.

Discover the key differences between these options, along with
the processes involved in implementing each one for your
child.

Free for families

When: Wednesday, November 12, 2025
