Schedule

ICLP runs from December 2025 - June 2026. The schedule amounts to over 18 days of training including (1) afternoon program orientation, a (3) day opening retreat, (5) weekday leadership sessions, (5) weekday strategy sessions, (1) showcase prep session, (1) showcase and (1) graduation event, plus optional Coro and NYIC events and trainings.

Due to the experiential nature of our training and the importance of the group in our work together, and commitment to attend all program sessions is preferred. However, we understand that participants may need to miss a session.  A total of 2 absences are possible with no more than 1 absence for a leadership day session and 1 absence for a strategy day session. Absences exceeding this could result in your withdrawal from the program.

This year, ICLP will meet in person at various NYC locations. The full program calendar can be found on our website. Please note that full attendance in the Opening Retreat from December 10-12, 2025, Showcase on June 2, 2026 and Graduation on June 9, 2026 is required.

Materials Fee While there is no tuition for this program due to the generous support of our funders, participants are required to pay a $150 materials fee upon acceptance.
