For most of our programs which require a fee, we are happy to extend a full refund for those who cancel their reservation ten days before the program begins. In some cases, we can extend a partial refund if a reservation is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of a program forfeit their reservation, and are not eligible for a refund.
