Nomination Criteria:

• Nominees must be at least five years removed from their graduation or final collegiate competition.

• Nominees must have competed for at least two years at an NCAA Division III institution. (Exemptions to this requirement will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the Hall of Fame Committee.)

• Any athlete with three or more NCAA individual event titles should be nominated.

• Additional nominations may be submitted for athletes who do not meet the above criteria but whose accomplishments, as detailed in this form, warrant consideration. (Please note that nomination does not guarantee induction into the Hall of Fame.)
