Nomination Criteria: Any Division III Hall of Fame coach candidate must be retired from collegiate coaching and have at least 3 of these 5 qualifications.

At least 10 years head coaching in Division III
Multiple NCAA Top Ten team finishes
At least one NCAA D3 Individual/Relay champion or a significant number of Individual All-American honorees
Years of service on the NCAA Championship/Rules Committee or CSCAA boards or committee.
Recipient of a CSCAA major award or an NCAA Team Title
