FINAL Reporting
This submission site is for Final reporting for Awardees of RFP-25-002-HTDC, Accelerator & Small Business Training (Business Program). All awards for this RFP were made in April 2025, and will end in March of 2026.    

Submit by this deadline:

Final reporting, due by March 31, 2026. Reference your agreement for details.

3) Attach2-FINAL-v1.pdf [download, complete and re-upload to this site]
3) Invoice 
4) HCE Compliance   

Delays WILL OCCUR if any information is missing with your submission or if there are additional questions on your submission. This includes questions on reported MATCH.  Please ensure that your MATCH is clear w/ proof.   

Awardees may begin submitting their Final reports for payments as of March 1, 2026 through this site.  

We will email notify you once your Final report has been approved for payment. Check processing can take up to 2-3 weeks for delivery. If for whatever reason you require more time than March 31, 2026, or if you have any questions, email: sandi@htdc.org.
