This submission site is for Mid and Final Reporting for Awardees of RFP-27-002-HTDC, Accelerator & Small Business Training (Business Program). All awards for this RFP were made in May 2026, and will end in March 31, 2027 and via terms of your agreement.
Submit by this deadline:
Mid-Term reporting: Please review your agreements for due dates.
Final reporting: Due by
March 31, 2027.

2) Proof of Matching Funds - Reference your payment schedule on agreement
3) Invoice
5) HCE Certificate - COMPLIANT Status
Delays WILL OCCUR if any information is missing with your submission or if there are additional questions on your submission. This includes questions on reported MATCH. Please ensure that your MATCH is clear w/ proof.
We will email notify you once your report has been approved for payment. Check processing can take up to 2-3 weeks for delivery.

FINAL REPORTING. due by March 31 2027: Should a presentation be requested, we will reach
out to you to schedule. Your final payment will be contingent upon
presentation completion. Awardees may begin submitting their Final
reports for payments as early as March 1, 2027 through this site.

Attach2-FINAL-v2.pdf - This v2 form is an example of what we used last year for final reporting. A revised form v3 will be available early next year to use with your final reporting submission. Awardees to be notified of revised form v3 once available.
