Hello Novato Homeowner!

 

For owners in the City of Novato Below Market Rate program, we have created this online form which allows each household to submit their annual certification of occupancy and upload supporting documents, securely, online. Once you submit your form and documents, they will transfer into our client management system. Please be assured your information is treated as strictly confidential and is never shared beyond Rise Housing Solutions and the City of Novato. 

 

All Occupancy Certifications must be received by September 26, 2025.
