Basic Information

We’re setting up a WhatsApp group as a beta  to connect organisations that collect surplus food or depend on food supply from others. This space will make it easier to share updates, ask questions, and support one another.









Please note, these groups are a beta test and we're not limiting the channels to these three. You will have the option to create and join the channels most relevant to you. If you have any feedback about the WhatsApp Community, please contact Graham Brown at graham.brown@cvsce.org.uk

How Joining Works

  • Requests to join will be reviewed by our team to make sure the group is the right fit
  • This may take several days before approval
  • Once approved, you’ll be added to the group

Group Guidelines

To help the group stay useful and respectful, we ask all members to follow a few simple ground rules:

  1. Be respectful, kind, constructive, and considerate in all posts
  2. Stay relevant, share updates, opportunities, or resources related to food collection and supply
  3. No inappropriate content. Offensive, unrelated, or promotional material will be removed
  4. Keep it collaborative. This is a shared space for helping one another
