  • Assistance is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note that financial assistance is not guaranteed.
  • We offer more than just help with rent or utility bills. If you want help finding a new job or learning how to better manage your budget, please complete an application and select coaching.

Metrocrest Services provides short-term emergency assistance to improve life situations of residents.

To start the process of receiving services, please fill out the following pre-screening application to help match you with the program(s) that will best fit your need. Assistance and referrals are subject to program eligibility and availability. The entire form should take 5-10 minutes to complete.

Housing Assistance

Due to high demand, we are not accepting applications for rent or mortgage assistance at this time. If you select “Rent" or "Mortgage" when filling out this application, you will get an email saying your request was declined. Applications will reopen on April 1 and will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Once you have received a writ of possession, Metrocrest Services is no longer able to assist you with your housing efforts. We may be able to provide other services to you in our Workforce, Financial Empowerment or Pantry services upon your request.

This written notice must be given to you before you enroll in the program or receive services from the program, unless the nature of the service provided or exigent circumstances make it impracticable to provide such notice before we provide the actual service. In such an instance, this notice must be given to you at the earliest available opportunity.


I certify that I am a member of the household at the address provided and, on behalf of the household, apply for USDA Foods through The Emergency Food Assistance Program. All information provided is true and correct to the best of my knowledge, including any information submitted by an authorized representative. I understand that inappropriate behavior may result in loss of services.   


Social Security numbers are not required to receive food, rental, or utility assistance.

I authorize Metrocrest Services to verify my information and to exchange details about my circumstances with other human service agencies, government entities, and organizations as needed to determine eligibility and identify additional resources. All information will be treated as confidential.


In consideration of the services provided by Metrocrest, I agree that I, my heirs, and legal representatives will not hold Metrocrest or its affiliates liable for any injury, death, or property damage arising from my participation in Metrocrest programs. I waive any rights to claims resulting from such incidents.
