The Boston Ujima Project is a democratic, member-run organization building cooperative economic infrastructure in Boston, with a mission to return wealth to working-class communities of color.
On Thursday, October 23rd, we invite people from different faith traditions (or any spirituality!) who are motivated by social justice to join with us to:
- Build new and deepen existing individual/communal relationships as a means of building power and connection.
- Learn about each other’s social justice work with an eye toward finding common ground and places where we can support each other’s work.
- Deepen our vision of economic justice—an economy rooted in our values and solidarity—and identify next steps to pursue our vision.
