Enterprises across New York City compete, thrive, and create sustainable
success. Cohort 1 will begin on October 1!

How and Why Your Business is Eligible
This program is specifically designed for businesses that are beyond the
start-up phase and are ready for focused, intentional growth. To qualify for the program, your business must meet these
baseline metrics:
- Be an MWBE or MWBE-eligible business.
- Have been in operation for at
least two years.
- Have generated at least $500,000
in annual sales in 2025.
You are an ideal candidate because you are actively seeking to grow,
scale, or expand procurement opportunities, but you are currently being held
back by a specific, identifiable barrier. You fit this program perfectly if you
need help overcoming:
- Capital Constraints: You face cash flow limitations or need help securing
the financing required to pursue larger contracts.
- Operational Bottlenecks: You have weak internal systems or rely too heavily
on the owner for daily operations, and you need to build the capacity to
transition to a CEO-style management role.
- Procurement Readiness: You want to access corporate procurement
opportunities but need to improve your financial readiness, market positioning,
or overall strategy.
- Structural Challenges: You are facing financial reporting, accounting,
legal, or staffing issues that impede your ability to scale.
