Student registration is for foreign language undergrad students/student teachers with proof of student status (Email proof: a copy of current registration or have supervisor send confirmation to flcsd@clta.net)
ATTENTION
If you have already joined or renewed your CLTA and FLCSD Memberships for 2025-26, you may be entitled to a discount. Please contact Evelyn Bejarano at registrar@clta.net to verify your membership & find out the amount you owe for this event.

NOTE: Your personal email address works better, because  1) your school email server may block our emails to you; 2) when you change schools, districts or employment status, you can still stay in touch with us. But if you must use your school email address, perhaps you can give us an alternate email just in case.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

All requests for refunds must be made in writing to flcsd@clta.net no later than Nov. 11, 2025. No refund requests will be accepted after this date. Refunds will be processed after the Jamboree and may be subject to a $15 processing fee. Refunds will be mailed to the address on the registration. Please allow 8 weeks for processing.


PLEASE NOTE: If your PO/District Check is not received by Nov. 11th, you ARE responsible for payment upon check-in at the event. You will be reimbursed once payment from your school/district is received. (CLTA is not responsible if your payment is mailed to an address other than the one listed below.)
