As a member, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with information and tools; engage with other members via monthly calls series; and be a leader in supporting bold, practical solutions for lasting affordability and equity in housing nationwide.

 

Who Qualifies for Membership?

Grounded Solutions Network members are United-States based:

  • Nonprofit housing providers;
  • National and regional networks and coalitions, research and academic institutions, and other mission-aligned nonprofit organizations;
  • Public agencies, including municipalities and governments;
  • Individuals who provide professional or financial, or technical support to advance the work of mission-aligned organizations; and
  • Supporters who share our vision of inclusive and equitable communities and commit to advancing the principles of inclusion, lasting affordability in housing, stewardship, and racial equity in our collaborative work.

Our members are actively engaged in supporting and implementing policies that ensure that housing—both rental and homeownership—remains affordable over the long-term. Members are also actively engaged in forming, operating, monitoring, advocating for, partnering with, or investing in programs that ensure that housing remains affordable over the long term.

Individual Members are professionals (including consultants, attorneys, people working in accounting/finance, and others who provide support and services to the housing sector) as well as advocates, community members, and individuals affiliated with private-sector organizations who stand in solidarity with our vision of universal access to affordable housing  in economically and racially diverse communities that foster good health, academic, and economic outcomes. These members receive our standard benefits package.

Individual professionals and supporters: $170 (one-year); $455 (three-year)
Standard Organizational Members are nonprofit housing providers, mission-aligned organizations, academic and research institutions, nonprofit consultancies, and nonprofit service providers. Public agencies (including local, regional, state, or federal government entities) are also invited to join as organizational members.

Organizational members receive the standard member benefits for all colleagues registered on their account.

Public agencies: $880 (one-year); $2,350 (three-year)
