The Empowering Change Group is committed to reaching families who are marginalized and are having issues accessing supports and services for their children, teens, young adults with disabilities. Our goal includes supporting parents, guardians and caregivers with resource information. Information that can lead to leadership opportunities, and statewide policy changes for historically marginalized and disenfranchised people.

PEAL's programs are provided free for families, but we do need as much of this information as you are willing to provide for our funders. The answers you provide are confidential and will not be shared.
