The EC NextGen Intern program is a 10-week internship program running June 12 - August 21, 2026.
Interns are employed by you and all roles are paid full time (40 hours/week) and interns must earn a minimum of $25/hour. Note, you may compensate your intern more than $25/hour, if you choose.
We are prioritizing in person working arrangements for summer 2026 (a minimum of three days per week in-person required). Emerson Collective will support interns with transportation and relocation stipends should you hire interns who do not live locally.
The deadline to submit your NextGen intern job descriptions is Wednesday, December 10, 2025.
Emerson Collective will post all NextGen intern job descriptions to eligible college students when applications open to students on January 8, 2026. Note, student applicants cannot have any summer school, vacations, or other jobs that overlap during the intern program dates. Any applicant PTO requests that are longer than two days should be flagged to the EC NextGen team to avoid conflicts with NextGen programming.
