Terms and Conditions

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

All requests for refunds must be made in writing to Jennifer (treasurer@iefla.org) no later than Jan 20, 2026. No refund requests will be accepted after this date. Refunds will be processed after the Event. Refund checks will be mailed to the address on the registration. Please allow 8 weeks for processing and will be subject to a $15 processing fee.

PLEASE NOTE: All PO's must be received by January 23, 2026. PO's will NOT be accepted on-site.

If your PO/District Check is not received BEFORE the date of the workshops, you ARE responsible for payment upon check-in at the event. You will be reimbursed once payment from your school/district is received. (CLTA is not responsible if your payment is mailed to an address other than the one listed below.)

Submission of this registration gives permission for photos to be used in CLTA & IEFLA publications.

Payment Via Purchase Order (PO):


PLEASE NOTE: Purchases Orders must be received by January 23, 2026 and may NOT be processed if received after 5 pm. PO's will NOT be accepted on-site.

If PO/District Check is not received BEFORE the date of the workshops, the attendee IS responsible for payment upon check-in at the event. Be prepared to use cash, personal check or credit card when you arrive. You will get a refund once payment is received from your district/school.

To finalize your registration, make a note of the TOTAL AMOUNT DUE above.  Then hit the SUBMIT button at the bottom of this form.  You will also receive an email with instructions on how to pay by credit card. If you don't get the email, contact us at registrar@clta.net.

PLEASE NOTE: Credit Card Transactions may NOT be processed after 5 pm on Friday, January 23rd.  Be prepared to show credit card receipt when you arrive on-site.
