I give permission for my child(ren) to participate in KYCC’s Holiday Carnival 2025. I understand that it is my responsibility to provide supervision for my child(ren) during the event. I release and hold harmless KYCC, its Board of Directors and its employees for any and all loss, damage and/or injury related to my child(ren)’s participation in this event. I also understand that if my child(ren)’s behavior is deemed unacceptable, including causing any damage or harm, I will be held liable and may be required to immediately leave from this event. I also acknowledge that photographs/videos may be taken of my child(ren) at this public event and agree that these may be used for educational and/or publicity purposes only, including on the KYCC website.
Yo, doy permiso a mi(s) hijo(s) que participe en el Carnaval de Festividades 2025. Yo comprendo que es mi responsabilidad de proveer supervisión a mi(s) hijo(s) durante el evento. Yo libero y mantengo innocuo a KYCC, Directivos, y sus empleados de cualquier pérdida, daño, y/o herida relacionada con la participación de mi(s) hijo(s) en este evento. También, comprendo que si la conducta de mi(s) hijo(s) es creída inaceptable, inclusive de causar mal o cualquier daño, yo seré responsable y podre ser requerido de desalojar inmediatamente del evento. También, doy permiso para fotografías/videos que pueden ser tomadas de mi(s) hijo(s) de este evento y estoy de acuerdo que estos pueden ser utilizados para propósitos de publicidad y/o educativos incluyendo el sitio web de KYCC.
KYCC에서 주최하는2025년 홀리데이 축제에 본인의 자녀가 참가함으로써 발생되는 어떠한 책임도 본인 스스로가 질 것임을 동의합니다. 본인은 자녀가 축제에 참가하는 동안 발생 가능한 손실이나 부상에 대해 KYCC 또는 경영진의 책임을 묻지 않을 것입니다. 또한, 자녀의 행동이 다른 아이 혹은 시설 안전에 해를 끼친다고 간주된다면 즉시 KYCC 축제에서 떠날 요구에 따를것을 동의합니다. 축제가 진행되는 동안 자녀의 사진이나 비디오 촬영을 허가하고 촬영물이 교육적인 용도로 혹은 KYCC 웹사이트와 같은 공공적인 용도로 사용 될 수 있음을 동의합니다.
