Exhibition Rules and Regulations
1. Exhibitor Application Deadline : 30 June 2026※Booth spaces are limited and may be sold out prior to the deadline. Registration will close immediately once all spaces are filled. Upon receipt of your application, detailed guidelines and next steps for your exhibition will be forwarded to you.
2. Booth Usage Guidelines
- Please review these regulations carefully before applying.
- The event is categorized by industry. Please select the most appropriate category based on the content of your exhibition booth.
- If you handle character merchandise, sales are permitted only if the items are related to Japan and have the proper licensing.
- Booth locations cannot be selected. They will be determined by the organizer.
3. Payment Terms
After completing the application, the organizer will send a payment notice within one week. The payment must be completed within the specified period to confirm the booth reservation.
4. Cancellation Policy
Early Bird application
- Cancellation by Apr 30, 2026: Full refund
- Cancellation by May 31, 2026: 50% refund
- After June 1, 2026: No refunds will be issued.
Regular period application
- Cancellation by May 31, 2026: Full refund
- Cancellation by June 30, 2026: 50% refund
- After June 30, 2026: No refunds will be issued.
5. Booth Setup and Operation
- The regulations on booth setup and decoration can be found in the guidelines provided after the application is completed.
- If you are using a space without a pre-built structure, please refer to the exhibitor guidelines provided after your application and submit your construction design. Additionally, if you are building from an empty space, a security deposit must be paid to the designated contractor.
- The use of fire or gas for food or product preparation is strictly prohibited.
6. Sound Equipment Regulations
- Sound amplifiers are not permitted in the EDUCATION & JOB Zone.
- In other zones, sound equipment usage is allowed under specific conditions.
