AMAM Registration Waiver Request

The All Member Advocacy Meeting (AMAM) is your opportunity to get involved with CAFP's advocacy efforts. Family physicians, residents and medical students will head to the State Capitol to learn about hot-button issues in California health care; hear from experts and legislators; and participate in trainings on advocacy, messaging and leadership.

We are pleased to offer a limited number of registration fee waivers to support participation in AMAM. To be considered, applicants must complete the following form. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for us to process your submission and contact you about the results of your application.
