TNOYS members receive $325 off the regular exhibitor booth price and up to $150 off each registration to the Annual Conference. If you’re interested in joining, please learn more and apply here.

Due Dates and Details
The following due dates help ensure smooth planning for the conference. These dates will also be sent in a follow up email. We are so grateful for your support of TNOYS’ 43rd Annual Conference on Services to Youth and Families! If you have concerns with meeting any of these deadlines, please let us know at annualconference@tnoys.org.
Logo and Advertising Materials
If you did not upload your organization's logo when completing the form or wish to send a different file, please email a high-resolution copy to annualconference@tnoys.org. We must receive files by May 4, 2026, to ensure your preferred logo file is included in the conference program, on signage, etc.
Registrants 
This form does not automatically register you for the conference. We will request contact information for each complimentary registrant and additional booth staff (if applicable by sponsorship/exhibitor level) will be requested once registration opens in early 2026.
Payment Due Date
Sponsor and exhibitor benefits are contingent upon payment and fees are non-refundable. You can use this form to pay by credit card or request an invoice and pay by check. Unless prior approval is given, payment must be received by May 4, 2026, to be included in the program and receive other benefits.
