What to bring:
Athletic shoes and water bottle recommended. Wear comfortable, fitted workout gear (no strings or cords that can get caught in the erg)

Purpose:
Experience winter training from your student-athlete’s seat.
Our coaches will walk you through erg basics: stroke sequence, form, and alignment. Then guide a light warm-up before the fun of experiencing 1% of the Jingle Mingle with a low-pressure
90 second challenge.
Afterward, cheer on our student-athletes, veterans, supporters, and alumni as they take on the sweatiest 90-minute, erg-a-thon, and stay for the post-event mingle.
