Building Students as Leaders through Climate Education and Leadership
In this session, we will explore what it takes to build students as leaders through climate education—moving beyond climate awareness to empowering students as agents of meaningful climate action. We will hear from three student leaders from across our Network who will share the climate initiatives they are leading in their schools and communities. They will reflect on their leadership journeys, the challenges they have navigated, and the support systems that enabled them to step into leadership and drive impact. We will then reflect together on the barriers and enablers to building student agency and leadership in our contexts, and identify practical steps we can take to better support students to lead climate action.

This opportunity will be held in English. If you need live interpretation of the experience and/or translation of materials in additional languages to support your engagement, please indicate below. We welcome all requests and will work to provide appropriate language support measures. However, please understand that we may not be able to accommodate all requests.

This call will take place on December 4th, 2025 at 2:00pm GMT.
