Awards & Nominations Information
Thank you for taking the time to nominate an alumnae association, yourself, or someone else for an award from Delta Phi Epsilon. The period we are reviewing for these awards is 2024 and 2025. These awards will be given out at the 2026 International Leadership Forum in Charlotte, NC.
The best nominations include as much detailed information as possible. If you have photos or other documentation, please share those in the upload field at the end of the form.
You will have to complete one form for each nomination. You will not be able to submit multiple nominations on the same form.
All application materials must be received by February 28, 2026.

Outstanding Collegian of the Biennium
Presented to those undergraduate members who have represented Delta Phi Epsilon's highest standards and have demonstrated outstanding leadership and scholastic qualities both inside and outside of the sorority experience.
Outstanding Chapter Leadership Team of the Biennium
Awarded to the chapter leadership team who worked best together (as a team) to support and guide their chapter to overcome obstacles, to chapter improvement or sustained excellcence
Outstanding Alumna of the Biennium
Presented to those alumnae members who have represented Delta Phi Epsilon’s highest standards and have demonstrated outstanding leadership and service outside the sorority as well as within.
Justice Award
Presented to the volunteer who takes initiative and demonstrates their commitment to excellence while also creating a sense of belonging and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion within the sorority. They are impartial, fair, and hold themselves and their sisters to a higher standard.
Sisterhood Award
Presented to a volunteer who demonstrates loyalty and devotion to all aspects of Delta Phi Epsilon, including time, participation, commitment to communication, and contributes above and beyond the description of their position.
Love Award
Presented to the volunteer who exemplifies Delta Phi Epsilon through their deep and emotional regard for the well-being of the sorority.
Hariette Hirsch Sisterhood Award
Presented to a member of the sorority who has been initiated for at least 10 years, who has given unselfishly of her time and resources to ensure the success of Delta Phi Epsilon Sorority.
Cecelia Wahnish Shopiro Hall of Honor Award
Presented to an alumna member who has sustained outstanding service and devotion to Delta Phi Epsilon and who has been a member for a minimum of 20 years.
Excellence in Alumnae Panhellenic LeadershipPresented to the alumna member who has made outstanding contributions to their Alumnae Panhellenic community and portrays the benefits of sorority membership.
Jan B. Mays Advisors Award
Presented to the chapter advisory board member who has shown outstanding commitment and support to an undergraduate chapter.
Outstanding Chapter Advisory Board of the Biennium
Awarded to the chapter advisory board(s) who have provided support, guidance and chapter development programming that resulted in chapter improvement or sustained excellence.
Campus Professional of the Biennium
Presented to the campus-based professional who is an advocate for the longevity of Fraternity and Sorority Life on their campus and beyond and has personally aligned themselves with Delta Phi Epsilon values. The recipient does not have to be a member of Delta Phi Epsilon.
Excellence in Senior-to-Alumnae Programming
Presented to the alumnae association that excels in preparing collegiate senior members for alumnae membership during the biennium
Alumnae Service Cup
Presented to the outstanding alumnae association for its efforts within our sisterhood and the community.
To Be Rather than to Seem to Be Award
Presented to someone who is not a DPhiE who has admirably supported the sorority or who has distinguished themselves as an advocate for justice or the evolution of fraternity/sorority life.
Nomination questions for Chapter Awards are included in the Chapter Assessment Program (CAP) form. CAP forms for this biennium were due on December 1, 2024 and December 1, 2025.
