The Alliance is an emerging cross-sector partnership in Cheshire East, currently in its soft launch phase. Our goal is to work together to improve outcomes for adults living with serious mental illness (SMI) by developing a more joined-up approach to support within local neighbourhoods, aligned with NHS plans for care closer to home.

Our shared aspirations:

- Improve service user experience

- Support reintegration into local communities

- Help individuals navigate neighbourhood-based support

- Over time, reduce re-referrals and reliance on statutory services through partnership and a systems approach

This is the start of a collaborative journey. By joining, you’ll help amplify the voice of the voluntary sector, strengthen connections across partners, and build a system that works better for the people who need it most.

Who's involved?

Partners from health, social care, local authority, voluntary and community sectors, faith groups, social enterprises, colleges, funders, and more.
