Advertising Policies
Right of Refusal: The IOCDF may accept or decline any advertisement or terminate an agreement if the content is deemed inconsistent with the organization’s mission, ethics, or professional standards.
Reservation Maximum: Advertisers are limited to reserving a maximum of two (2) advertising spaces per edition, and they must be one (1) digital and one (1) print.
Payment: Invoices must be fully paid by the deadlines listed above. Unpaid ad space may be reassigned.
Artwork Deadline: Artwork must be submitted by each issue’s deadline. Late artwork may result in forfeited ad space.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the artwork deadline for a full refund. Cancellations made after this point are non-refundable and non-transferable.
