Habitat for Humanity Seattle-King & Kittitas Counties Homeownership Application

This is an application for Unit J, a one-bedroom home in the Corvidae co-op building, in partnership with Frolic Community. Only one unit is available on a first come, first serve basis. 


Please allow at least one hour to fill out the application and be as thorough as possible. You will be required to upload supporting financial documents, including the following:

  • Photo ID
  • Copies of completed and signed tax returns with W-2s and/or 1099s 
  • Pay stubs 
  • Bank statements
