Since 1985, the California Homebuilding Foundation has awarded more than $3.5 million in grants, positioning itself as a primary contributor to the publication of key industry research findings.

Through submitted recommendations, the Foundation supports and advances research initiatives that produce timely, data-driven analyses. These efforts are intended to strengthen understanding across the housing sector.
