Activities Consent

Please read through the consent statements below for our activities which the young people will be taking part in during Summer Camp.

Please note, if you do not consent, your young person may not be able to take part in the planned activities.

Activities Consent

My child/young person and I consent to my child taking part in on site castle activities that may include, biking, climbing, abseiling, trekking, archery fire lighting, survival or low ropes. (please be advised that young people will take part in a selection of these activities and we can't promise which ones so please be cautious in sharing this information with them - we wouldn't want to disappoint anyone!)

My child/young person and I consent to my child taking part in games on site which can include inflatables, silly games, messy games and structure playtimes such as football.

My child/young person and I consent to my child taking part in a surprise activity off-site which could involve indoor adventurous soft play, watersports, snow-based activities, climbing or inflatables. ( We love to keep the surprise day a surprise so please be cautious if sharing any of this information with your child! Shh!! )

CONSENT

Media Consent

My child/young person and I give permission for photographs and video of my child to be used for the purposes of promoting the work of the Kenelm Youth Trust on social media, our website and other promotional materials.

Medical Treatment Consent

In the event that I cannot be contacted by ordinary means, I give permission and consent for my child/young person to receive any necessary medical treatment and authorise the group leader/person in charge to sign any medical documents required by the hospital authorities.

Scottish Dioceses
If you are travelling from a diocese in Scotland we would like to share the information you have provided in this form with your diocesan or parish youth leaders who will be accompanying your child for Summer Camp.

Payment

To complete your registration a non-refundable deposit of £50 is payable now. The balance will be due by Friday the 10th of July. Once you have clicked submit there will be an email sent to you with the payment link included. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it.
