Samaritans plans to take photographs, audio, and video during this in-person event. We reserve the right to use any photographs or video taken without the express written permission of those included. We reserve the right to use these materials in marketing and fundraising pieces including, but not limited to, A/V productions, event promotions, social media content, web pages, newsletters, email marketing, etc. To ensure the privacy of individuals, images, audio, or video will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information. A person attending a Samaritans event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should contact events@samaritanshope.org and include an identifying photo for reference. Samaritans will use such photo for identification purposes only and will hold the request in confidence.  Please note that Samaritans may not be able to remove or retract images or videos already published. By participating in this Samaritans event or by failing to provide written notice to Samaritans of your desire to not have your likeness used, you are agreeing to release Samaritans from any and all claims involving the use of your image or likeness. No compensation will be provided to individuals whose images or recordings are used.
