A current quotation for the equipment or works must be uploaded with your application.

This can not exceed 90% of the total cost and must not be more than £25,000.


Section 3 - Supporting documents

The following documents MUST be attached with this application. Without these we are unable to start processing your application. Please send images separately or in a word document rather than a pdf.

Section 4 - Data protection and recognition

The information provided in this grant application will be checked against our eligibility criteria. We may contact you if we require any clarification.

We publish details of grants awarded on our website and in our annual accounts.

Section 5 - Declaration
