Submitting a request does not guarantee an appearance.

How it works: Seat appearances will occur during the 1^st half. Guests will be notified by a New York City FC text as to when to expect an appearance. If guests are not in their provided seats at said appearance time, the guest may try to reschedule their appearance via that text thread for the 2^nd half, or their seat visit is forfeited. If Sky cannot make an appearance due to unforeseen circumstances, the guest will receive a full refund.
